 FARMFAIR INTERNATIONAL, EDMONTON

GRAND CHAMPION BLONDE BULL - 2001

Grand Champion Bull Farmfair International 2001Westlane Logan 08L, a son of Craftsman, was named Grand Champion Blonde d'Aquitaine Bull at the FarmFair International 2001 in Edmonton. Logan's dam, Westlane Velvet 8G is a beautiful cow, showing great maternal instincts with all her calves.

Stan and Sarah were also very honoured to receive the FarmFair International 2001 Premier Breeder and Premier Exhibitor honours, along with the Ambassador's Award for the Blonde d'Aquitaine breed. The Ambassador's Award is presented to a breeder who shows good presentation of their animals, a neat and tidy stall display, a good contribution to the breed, and an overall promotion of the breed and their farm.

Westlane Miss Ellie in the show ring. A champion cow.Westlane Miss Ellie 17K is a daughter of "Gunner", Westlane Great Guns 78G. Her dam, Westlane Ella 17E, was one of our favourite cows too. Ellie was named Reserve Grand Champion Female, at the 2001 FarmFair International Bull Show in Edmonton. Gunner was himself the Grand Champion Blonde d'Aquitaine Bull at FarmFair in 1998.
