Westlane Silver Belle was named Grand Champion Female at the 2003 Calgary Stampede Blonde d'Aquitaine Show. Our yearling heifer, Westlane Miss Fancy, was Junior Champion Female. Our yearling bull, Westlane Maverick 15M, was named Reserve Junior Champion. Westlane also placed First with Get-of-Sire, which is a group of animals, all sired by the same sire, and were honoured to receive the Breeders Herd Award, given for a group of four animals all bred by the same breeder, showing a consistent pattern of uniformity and good breeding.

We were also fortunate to do well at the 2003 Blonde National, and came home with Grand Champion Bull (Westlane Maverick 15M), Grand Champion Female (Westlane Silver Belle), and Reserve Grand Champion Bull (Westlane Napoleon 2N).
